“World On a Plate” is India’s biggest and most anticipated International food festival. It features some of the most influential chefs in the culinary world and gives professional chefs an opportunity to compete and show their culinary talents to an audience and a diversified panel of international judges.

Audiences are not just spoilt for choices with these restaurant pop-ups but also with Masterclasses (with their choice of chefs) , the much awaited tete-a-tete talk show and the live judging event - Masterchef LIVE!
This year on year food extravaganza serves as an excellent networking platform for foodie’s and a dream for Masterchef fans! For the summer of 2017, we start with Bangalore (3rd June) and Mumbai (4th June) . She established the 2 am dessert bar in 2007. Wong launched a self-published cookbook in 2011 titled Perfection in Imperfection and co-authored a second cookbook in 2013 titled Dim Sum.
Wong won the title of Pastry Chef of the Year from the World Gourmet Summit Awards in 2011, 2013, and 2015, Best- Dessert Restaurant in IS Magazine's readers' poll 2012–2014,Young Woman of the Year from Her World in 2012, and the "Asia's Best Pastry Chef" award from Restaurant magazine in 2013 and 2014.
In December 2014, she set up an eponymous shop at the Gardens by the Bay. The shop focuses on pasty as art and is described as "interactive, edible art”.
She has opened a dessert bar in Melbourne, and, in 2016, she will expand the 2am brand to Tokyo and Hong Kong, where she has localized the menu.
Wong appeared on an episode of Master Chef Australia season 7, where she challenged contestants to recreate her intricate dessert.
Duggan is a television cook. She is the winner of the Master chef Australia 2016.
Duggan was born in Cooroy, Queensland and attended Noosa District State High School. She then attended the College of Fine Arts of the University of NSW, where she was awarded the degree of Bachelor of Fine Arts.
She went on to teach Visual Arts and was the head teacher of creative and performing arts at Galston High School in Sydney. Duggan applied to enter Master Chef in 2015 but she was unsuccessful.
She applied again in 2016 and was accepted, having created an audition dish of fish and chips. On 26 July 2016, she competed in the final against Matt Sinclair, ultimately creating a better dessert and winning the series.
Gary was born and grew up in the UK, in a little place called Hayling Island on the South Coast of England. He attended Highbury College of Technology, where he studied to be a chef, before leaving for London to take up his first full time position. Gary marks the two Michelin starred restaurants that were the most formative in his early career, as The Connaught Hotel under Michel Bourdan where he worked for almost 4 years and Le Soufflé at The Hyde Park Intercontinental under Peter Kromberg.
Gary’s television career started years ago with regular appearances on Good Morning Australia with Bert Newton, What’s Cooking and Fresh in the early days, then the first series of Ready Steady Cook, and The Circle on Channel TEN. Master Chef has been by all accounts a game changer for all involved.

Adriano Zumbo is an Australian patissier and chef, known for his croquembouche tower, V8 cake, and fairytale house on Master Chef Australia.
Dubbed as the "sweet assassin", and "the Dark Lord of the Pastry Kitchen",Zumbo is also known for introducing Master-chef contestants to his technically challenging desserts.
Zumbo's creations are unique in their names, the technique with which he creates them, and the incorporation of unusual ingredients, such as black olive and beetroot. Zumbo, as he is known in the culinary world, has also appeared on a documentary television series Zumbo.
Brar was born in Lucknow, India. When young, he was inspired by the local kebab vendors in Lucknow to pursue his love of food, and was also a volunteer apprentice to one of them.
Eventually he joined the Institute of Hotel Management, Lucknow, for a more formal initiation into the culinary world After completing his education at IHM, Brar began his career at the Taj Mahal Hotel.
He also became the youngest executive chef of his time in the country at the age of 25. He then left for Boston, Massachusetts, United States, where he opened "Banq", a fine Franco-Asian restaurant.
Banq won numerous awards including the Best New Restaurant in the World by the magazine "Wallpaper". He has hosted various cookery shows on Living Foodz (formerly known as Zee Khana Khazana Channel) such as The Great Indian Rasoi Seasons 1 & 2, and Launched a premium patisserie called English Vinglish in Mumbai in spring 2016 featuring fusion Indian desserts, breads and bakes.
Launched a new mini-video series on Twitter titled Ranveer On the Road, in July 2016, covering his culinary sojourn through Australia.
Awards at the FestivalRestaurants to exhibit their menus
The first round will have signature dishes being tasted by chefs during the festival at the Pop Up restaurants. The top 6 restaurants will make it to the Master chef Live event where the same signature dish will be plated and tasted by the judges in front of an audience.
The top restaurant will win the coveted title - WOAP Best Restaurant food Award 2017
This award is decided by the people. Restaurants can promote their restaurants and encourage people to support them. The highest grosser at the festival to win the title of WOAP Peoples choice award 2017.
The judges will taste one signature dessert from each dessert bar. The best dessert wins the WOAP Dessert of 2017
